Chief Financial Officer
Prior to co-founding Clark Street Capital, Mark Lingle was CFO of Inland Bancorp, Inc., a start-up bank holding company and a subsidiary of the Inland Real Estate Group, one of the largest U.S. privately-held real estate companies. In this capacity, his primary responsibilities included raising capital, acquisitions, and the start-up of several non-bank lending companies.
During his tenure, Inland Bancorp grew total assets from $150 million to $1.1 billion. Additionally, he serves as Chief Financial Officer for SomerCor 504. Lingle has also served as Treasurer of Inland Mortgage Investment Corporation, which provided debt financing to commercial real estate investors and affiliates of Inland Real Estate Corporation. Lingle received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from DePaul University and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1984.
